Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga er for dem der har brug for ro og tid til at give sig hen til strækkene. Kurset foregår primært i stilhed eller med stille musik. Vi bruger udstyr for at støtte kroppen, så vi kan blive i strækkene 4-6 minutter og opnå en afslappet tilstand i selve strækket. Til alle dem der oplever at kroppen strammer til eller bare har brug for mentalt at koble af og komme ned i kroppen.

Feed back fra deltagere er, at de opnår en dejlig afslappet tilstand både mentalt og i kroppen. Derudover overraskelse over, at man kan blive øm af at sidde/ligge forholdsvis stille og give sig hen til til et stræk.
